TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

​

Bookings are only made once a 50% deposit has been paid. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations does not accept any tentative bookings. The booking form provided needs to be filled out and sent back prior to or on the day of the booking.

 

 

PRICES & PAYMENT

​

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD). The preferred method of payment is direct deposit or cash. When using PayPal, their own currency converter processes the payment automatically in whichever currency the client is using to AUD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders through PayPal will automatically incur a 3% surcharge, payable by the client. Bank transfers do not incur the 3% surcharge. Unfortunately, RETA Luxury Flower Decorations does not accept credit cards.

Please, note that a 10% surcharge applies to the total value of the flower arrangement orders for Sundays. A 20% surcharge applies to the total value of the flower arrangement orders for Public Holidays.

​

A 50% deposit (not including shipping/delivery) is required in order to make the booking. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a tax invoice showing the total amount quoted, less deposit paid + including shipping/delivery. When the full amount is paid, a final invoice will be issued. By paying the order, the client has read, understood, and agreed to RETA Luxury Flower Decorations Terms and Conditions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

​

It is the responsibility of the client to check the details of the order provided on the order confirmation to ensure they are correct. This includes flower types, colors, style and amount required, and any other specifications related to candle & box decorations and gift wrapping.

CHANGES & AMENDMENTS

​

*Flower Decorations

​

RETA Luxury Flower Decorations provides flower decorations using real, fake, or preserved flowers. Specific flowers are subject to availability. In case of being unable to supply your chosen type of flowers, RETA Luxury Flower Decorations reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality, and color as long as the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained. If that is not possible, you will be contacted for approval before proceeding.

Changes or amendments for flower arrangements are possible up to one month prior to your wedding date. Bookings can be transferred to another date, which is subject to RETA Luxury Flower Decorations availability and will incur additional charges.

 

*Candle & Box Decorations / Gift Wrapping

​

The client is responsible to check all spelling, details, dates, and all other aspects of the ordered items are correct when RETA Luxury Flower Decorations asks them for final approval of their order. Any mistakes after the final checks are solely the client’s responsibility and any alterations or changes will be at the client’s own expense and time. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations will not be held accountable or responsible for this.

*Gifts

​

All of the gifts are handmade and the designs are unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color and/or craftsmanship, therefore each item will look a little different from the next. Any item you purchase is one of a kind.   

 

 

HIRE

​

The client is responsible to return any hired items no later than one week after the wedding date unless the client has made arrangements for the hired items to be collect by RETA Luxury Flower Decorations. Otherwise, a full purchase price of the items hired will be charged, as per the Hire Agreement. Any breakages or damages must be paid for in full, as per the Hire Agreement.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

Shipping prices are finalised on the completion of the order. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations can give an estimate to the client prior to the order being completed, however, these quotes are subject to change due to the weight of the order and changing postage prices. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations has no control over this part of the process and will not accept responsibility for delays by the customs or postage companies used. Any costs to the order by Customs will be payable by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to check these costs prior to placing an order with RETA Luxury Flower Decorations.

Punctual delivery is possible only if delivery details & contact numbers are correct.  Clients also have the option to pick up their orders on the prior agreed date and time.

​

 

PHOTOS

​

Photos taken by RETA Luxury Flower Decorations of client’s arrangements remain property of RETA. They should not be reproduced, copied or edited in any way by the client or any third party without prior permission. Any photos provided by the client will only be used by RETA Luxury Flower Decorations. Photographer’s credits will only be displayed if provided. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations takes no responsibility for the client’s photos being used in any way which is not permitted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

​

When paying the deposit, the client is agreeing and is legally bound to the Terms and Conditions stated in the invoice. Once the client has paid the deposit for candle & box decorations, the order can be canceled only within 24 hours. All orders become final after 24 hours have elapsed from the first payment and therefore the client will not be refunded. If the order is canceled before the 24 hours have passed, the client will receive a refund, however, they will pay a cancellation fee of 15% from the total amount of the whole order.

Cancellations of order for flower arrangements must be at least a month prior to the wedding and only half of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled within a month of the wedding date, it remains payable in full.

​

 

DATABASE

​

The client’s personal details will be kept in our records only and will not be shared with any third party. RETA Luxury Flower Decorations will be in touch with the client when there are promotions that might be of the client’s interest. The client also has the option to unsubscribe at any time.

​
